Joint Policy Development
Workplace policies are most effective when development with by labour and management representatives. This kind of joint policy development can be difficult, however, because of the complex dynamics of many labour-management relationships. We supply the structure and the creativity to get your joint initiative off the ground and help you to stay focussed. We also provide follow up and feedback on your revamped process.  Normally a one day training session with two to three follow up meetings is all that is involved.
