If you have a strong sense
that something is not right or not as good as it could be with your
labour-management relationship and are getting tired of speculating about
what it might be, talk to us about an opinion survey or relationship assessment.
We do all the work involved, everything is handled in a very confidential
manner and we provide you with a report. Suggested next steps are
included if you want them. Please note: This service is provided
on joint request of labour and management and both parties are involved
in the feedback process. We are currently working with some web-based
survey packages - more on this shortly.
